Shipping cost
Start at $9.95 for 2 day shipping depending on your location,
Products are shipped via USPS. Shipping is 7 to 10 days and processing times takes up to 1 to 3 of those days before shipping. Each product is made to order and once they are filled your order will be shipped during normal business hours, Monday-Wednesday so you can receive your product within that week. You will also be provided with the tracking number so you can track your order.
Return policy
All sales are final so please be sure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients that we use before you make your purchase. We do not accept returns on skin & body care products for health, safety and sanitary reasons.
Missing Packages
If your package goes missing by USPS, please contact USPS to see if the problem can be resolved
Incorrect Shipping Address
The customer assumes all responsibility for making sure the correct address is listed during your checkout. If your package was delivered to another address other that what you listed, please contact USPS.
Delivered
If your package is marked delivered and it’s not at your address, please contact USPS - they will get in contact with your delivery person to try and locate the package.
Warm Weather
Ca’Shek Skincare is committed to keeping our products as natural as possible. With this being said our products are very sensitive to temperature changes. We can’t guarantee that your products will not melt during the transit but we can assure the quality of the products remain the same. During the summer months when you make your purchase, I recommend you putting your products in a cool place or your refrigerator for 30 minutes to avoid any spillage. We do not offer refunds for any melted products.
